How it uses three superior general rules of authority disgust, hold crime, and provide and asseverate justice. The justice system works toward keeping balance between justice for the victim, security measure of society, and the rights of individual by means of three general rules To control the crime, to keep back the crime, and to provide and keep up the justice. To control the crime there be faithfulnesss in place. Laws that are requirements of society to maintain and promote social values. If a law is broken because to maintain control there are arrest, prosecution, and revengement of the wrongdoers. At the same time this proc ess is excessively a focus to protect society and in hopes to prevent new crimes. To in like manner try to prevent more crimes there are penalties in place as well. Punishing the wrongdoers also gives justice for the victim. Such as in the case of Conrad Murray who was arrested, prosecuted, and punish for 4 years in prison for involuntary manslaughter.
